Ten Eyck Brewing and Field Kitchen is seeking an experienced and talented Cook to join the team in our food truck kitchen. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a self-starter, likes to work independently and wants to contribute ideas to an evolving menu. You will be responsible for all aspects of kitchen operations and manage the food truck like it’s your own business. Reliable transportation is a must. The ideal candidate must: 

• Be the behind-the-scenes contributor to the guest experience along with the Taproom team AND NEVER HAVE TO TAKE AN ORDER YOURSELF! 
• Help run the line and prepare and cook orders accurately and in a timely manner 
• Assist with ordering and managing inventory 
• Prep food for daily operations and private events to ensure line is fully stocked to meet business needs 
• Maintain a clean & organized food prep and work atmosphere and follow sanitation & food safety guidelines at all times 
• Communicate with team and management to ensure business runs smoothly 
• Be a brand ambassador and make decisions in the best interest of Ten Eyck at all times 
• Be organized and punctual 
• Have ability to work in varying temperature conditions 
• Demonstrate solid communication skills 
• Be a team player 
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds 
• Have ability to stand for long periods of time
