At Ten Eyck, we have ZERO TOLERANCE for racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, violence or harassment in any way, shape or form.
We have worked extremely hard to create and maintain a physical and mental safe space. We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of employees, customers, or vendors in any form.
Any violation of our Code of Conduct can result in disciplinary action and/or termination of employment or working relationship. Anyone observing or party to an incident that violates the Code of Conduct shall report it. We are a family and a part of a larger community.
